2. What the interactive demo does
The Outcome Contract demo is a validation-stage interactive tool. In the current implementation, the workflow description, clarification answers and optional business-impact text are processed in your browser session to generate the demo output.
The current demo does not connect to your n8n account, CRM or other production systems. It does not persist raw workflow text or business-impact text in product analytics. Please do not enter customer personal data, API keys, secrets or confidential records.
3. Information we collect when you contact us
If you choose the separate “real workflow” contact step and submit the form, we may collect:
- your work email address;
- the automation platforms you selected;
- your role/persona selection;
- an optional short description of a recent failure;
- a submission identifier, submission time and source tag used to operate the request flow;
- limited technical request data, such as IP address or request metadata, where needed for hosting, security or rate limiting.
Your Outcome Contract text is not submitted with the contact request.
4. Why we process this information
We use contact-form information to respond to your request, discuss whether Trustiform could be tested against one real workflow, operate the validation process, prevent abuse and maintain basic security.
Where your request concerns a possible service or pilot, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We also rely on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) to respond to voluntarily submitted business enquiries, validate and improve the Trustiform offer, and protect the website and submission service from abuse.
5. Service providers
We use service providers to operate this validation flow. The current implementation uses Cloudflare for website hosting, server-side form handling and security, and n8n Cloud for workflow handling of submitted contact requests. These providers act under their applicable contractual and data-processing terms.
We may also use our normal business email and record-keeping tools when responding to a request. Access is limited to what is needed for the validation or resulting business relationship.
6. International transfers
Some providers or their sub-processors may process personal data outside Lithuania or the EEA. Where EU data-protection law requires safeguards for such transfers, we rely on the applicable contractual safeguards and transfer mechanisms provided under the relevant service agreements and data-processing terms.
7. How long we keep the information
Contact-request records are kept only for as long as needed for Trustiform validation, follow-up and any resulting business relationship. If no business relationship develops, we normally delete or anonymise the contact record within 12 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is required for a legal claim, compliance obligation or dispute.
Demo-session text is not intentionally persisted by the current validation implementation.
8. Cookies and analytics
The current validation build does not use non-essential product analytics or advertising trackers. Hosting and security providers may process technical request logs needed to deliver and protect the site. If persistent analytics, advertising technology or other non-essential tracking is added later, the privacy/cookie position will be reviewed before production use.
9. Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion or restriction, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where applicable, you may also exercise data portability rights.

You may also lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI) in Lithuania or another competent supervisory authority.
10. Automated decision-making
Trustiform’s current validation flow does not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.
11. Changes
We may update this notice if the validation flow, service providers or legal requirements change. The current published version will show its effective date.
